TTY's and VCO (Voice Carry Over) telephone equipment allows people that are completely deaf or severely hard of hearing to use the telephone through a direct connection with another TTY or by using a relay service.

The Superprint 4425 features direct connect with two built in telephone jacks and advanced calling features like auto-redial, three way calling, and TTY transfer.  Call progress is displayed on the LCD screen, telling you if the phone you are calling is ringing or busy.  Auto-answer takes and prints messages when you are away from the phone.  Hundreds of telephone numbers, memos, and auto answer greetings can be stored in the 32k of memory.  The turbo code feature lets you control the rate of speed of your conversations.  The TTY announcer lets hearing people know you are on the line.  The user programmable relay voice announcer tells hearing callers to use a TTY or call a relay operator, and auto ID lets everyone you call know you are using a TTY.

The dialogue VCO is a powerful amplified, hearing aid compatible phone from Ameriphone that allows you to make VCO calls through your local relay service.  Simply speak into the handset, then read the replies on the built-in screen.  It is easy to use and no typing is required.
